SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BUCKLED CO. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within approximately two (2) business days. An increased volume of orders during busy launch, sale and promotional periods may lead to delayed dispatch and delivery. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

3. Shipment Locations

3.1 Domestic & International

BUCKLED CO ships domestically - anywhere in Australia.

We also ship internationally - to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland.

We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia and internationally.

3.2 Domestic Shipping Restrictions

We ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers can have their products shipped to a PO Box.

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post and all delivery times and dates are managed by Australia Post. Any delays caused by Australia Post are outside of our control. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by Australia Post, and may vary depending on locations. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and any other unforeseen circumstances that Australia Post encounters may impact delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

(a) Express Shipping

The order will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Express Shipping costs $14.99 (AUD).

(b) Standard Shipping

The order will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping costs $9.99 (AUD).

(c) Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

(v) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

(vi) Rural areas across Australia can take anywhere between 3-7 business days.

 

International Shipping Rates

(a) Express Shipping to NZ, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland

Express Shipping costs $19.99 (AUD)

(b) Standard Shipping to NZ, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland

Standard Shipping costs $34.99 (AUD)

(c) Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

(v) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

(vi) Delivery times for international orders vary depending on location.

5. Tracking Options

BUCKLED CO aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and/or your tracking number to track your order. If you are unable to find your email from Australia Post, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at contact@buckled.com.au. 5.1 Domestic & International Tracking

All orders have tracking via Australia Post.

6. Damages

Every order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. BUCKLED CO is not responsible for any damage caused to your parcel within the transit process.

7. Missing or Lost Package

​It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. BUCKLED CO is not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen packages once your order is with Australia Post and/or has been delivered to the nominated address. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage to their item(s), after their item(s) have been confirmed delivered by tracking and delivered in good condition.
